Budgeter is a personal, non-commercial application provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, for use solely by its owner.
The application accesses only the owner's own bank account information through Enable Banking, for personal budgeting and reconciliation. It is read-only and cannot initiate payments or move funds. No service is offered to, or available for, any third party.
The owner is solely responsible for operating the application and for any decisions made using the information it presents. The application is not financial advice.
